35 Year Sales and Management Leader drives results for clients by collaborating on ideas on how to grow their businesses. Mike joined the Sparklight Advertising team in early 2018 to optimize our influence with local and regional businesses as they search for ways to reach consumers in the cluttered media landscape. This has accounted in renewed growth in revenue and cash flow for both spot cable and digital solutions.

Mike graduated from the University of Richmond in 1985. He began his cable career in the mid 1980’s under TV advertising pioneer Jess Duboy with innovative advertising concepts using local origination channels to help local auto dealers and realtors with targeted reach of prospective buyers. Mike then took his energetic leadership style to the Out of Home Industry for several decades working for market leaders Lamar Advertising and Clear Channel Outdoor among others with a key emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. He has also worked with several private equity groups converting many static displays to Digital advertising faces. Now back in Cable Advertising as well as digital marketing, he is focusing the Mississippi Region in using advertising strategies with dynamically locally produced video content to gain market share for many partners.

Mike is married to his wife of 32 years, Lynne and they have two sons, Andrew 28 who is an aerospace engineer and Christopher “Beaver” Fleming 24, an internationally renowned professional skateboarder.
